Club Meetings
Membership meetings are held five times per year, usually the second Thursday of the designated month. Our summer picnic is held on a Saturday in August. The remaining four meetings are held at the Adams Mark Hotel near the airport or at Ricks Cafe Boatyard at Eagle Creek. The detailed schedule for all remaining meetings this year is listed below. The doors open at 6:30 pm and the general meeting starts at 7:00 pm. Parking is free and easily accessible via the hotel parking lot or restaurant.
Membership meetings are open to all current members at no charge and to guests for a fee of $5 (which is refundable if the guest joins the Indianapolis Ski Club that night).

Our annual Club picnic and August meeting will be a pitch in (so bring a dish and BYOB if you care to have alcohol).
You may also sign up on this day for any of our Club trips offered next year so bring your checkbook and be assured of a spot on our popular trips!

Club will provide BBQ and Baked Beans from Dick's bodacious BarBQ. You bring a side dish of your choice according to the following. If you last name begins with A-E, please bring dessert, F-K bring appetizer, L-Z, bring a side dish.

Club Meeting - Holiday Party

Join us for an evening of fun, food, drinks, and music. It'll be a holiday party so wear your fun clothes of the season and come celebrate with your friends. Bring a wrapped gift for an optional gift exchange....no tacky gifts please. We are supporting Gleaners Food Bank and our Troops overseas, so also bring one or more canned goods to donate as well as a blank Christmas card to have everyone sign so we can send to the Troops.
