Vice President of Member Services

The Vice President of Member Services shall assist the President and perform such duties of that office as may be delegated to him/her by the President. He/she shall be responsible for execution of membership agreements and applications and shall qualify and present these to the Board of Directors for approval. He/she shall maintain membership records and be responsible for dues billing and mailing lists. He/she shall work jointly with the Club Newsletter Editor in preparing the annual Membership Directory. He/she shall work jointly with the Programs Committee Chairperson to coordinate the New Member Party. He/she shall perform membership functions at all general membership meetings. He/she shall be responsible to the Treasurer for the proper accounting of all funds received as membership dues and such other income as may be generated through his/her activities.
