Summer Party and 2026 Trips Signup - June 28
About this event
Join us for our annual summer party and your first opportunity to register for a 2026 club ski trip.
Buffet free for active members with RSVP. Registered non-members $35 in advance.
RSVP and Active Membership required. Please join or renew before the party!
For a successful signup experience, please follow these steps:
- Membership << Active membership is required. Click to create or renew your membership online now.
If you do not create/renew your membership before the party, then delay at the membership table may cause you to miss out on your trip choice.
- LOGIN RSVP required by June 16. Please login and click the "Register Now" button below. Only members who RSVP can enjoy the buffet.
- Trip Application & Policy << Click to fill out and print your trip application before the party. Bring the application with a personal check for your deposit.

Doors Open, Member Check-in
- Name tag: Active members who RSVP'd receive a prepared name tag.
- Trip Application Number: Active members with a name tag receive a trip application number stapled to their first priority trip application.
First Trip Signup
- Trip Table: Members go to the table of their first priority trip at their convenience to drop off their trip application no later than 3:00 pm.
- Trip Application Review: trip leader reviews the application and fills in any missing information.
